Hold down clamp

Turbo kits A

Kits comprise large clamp plate with integrated nut and small clamp plate with integrated bolt. Type: electroplated zinc or Dacromet.

Turbo kits B

Kits comprise small clamp plate with integrated bolt and M6 nut. Type: electroplated zinc or Dacromet.

Fixing kits A

Fixing kits A are used for general clamping of straight lengths and fittings. Kits comprise large clamp plate, small clamp plate, M6 nut and M6 x 20 coach bolt. Type: electroplated zinc, Dacromet or stainless steel.

Fixing kits B

Fixing kits B are used for general clamping where only one clamp plate is required (eg fixing plates). Kits comprise small clamp plate, M6 nut and M6 x 20 coach bolt. Type: electroplated zinc, Dacromet or stainless steel.

Universal mounting plates

Base Fixing Plates

For 50 mm widths and depths 28 and 52 mm only

Universal base fixing plates

Universal base fixing plates are used to flush fit tray to flat surfaces. Type: pre-galvanised steel, Dacromet or stainless steel.

Stand-off brackets (15mm depth)

Provide 15 mm clearance on flat or uneven surfaces. Type: pregalvanised steel, Dacromet or stainless steel.

Floor mount brackets (55mm depth)

Type: pre-galvanised steel, hot dip galvanised or stainless steel.

Channel fixing plates (40 mm width)

Type: pre-galvanised steel, Dacromet or stainless steel.

 

Supports

Vertical wall brackets (30 mm depth)

Vertical wall brackets are used for vertically mounting tray widths 150 mm and above. Type: pre-galvanised steel, hot dip galvanised or stainless steel.

Central hangers

Central hangers for use with 50 and 100 mm tray widths and depths 28 and 52 mm. Use with 6 or 8 mm threaded rod.
