MIL-W-22759/83
Application and description:
This PTFE tape insulation single-core MIL-W-22759/83 wires are used for MIL-Spec and Aerospace, these cables are large size, high-performance aerospace hook up wires with a four-layer insulation of PTFE tape and PTFE/polyimide/PTFE tape, with an outer layer of polyamide braid for superior abrasion resistance. These wires are designed for aerospace and other applications which require excellent thermal stability and abrasion resistance.
Construction Details:
A PTFE layer with an intermediate K layer followed by two top PTFE layers Over these layers is a braid of an Aramid.

Insulation: Fluoropolymer/Polyimide Tape insulation
Braid：Aramid（option）
Insulating Material Thickness: 1.0mm to 1.3mm
