These cables are designed for fixed installation in electrial power and control systems below and above deck, preferably on ships of the German Navy and/or German design of construction. Not intended for permanent installation in or under water. Fulfill all requirements of BV3400 (Specification for Construction of German Navy vessels).

Conductor : Tinned copper conductor

Insulation : Crosslinked polyethylene blend

Triple Screen : Tinned copper wire braided screen

Separator : Halogen free plastic foil

Overall Screen : Tinned copper wire braided screen, separator tape, two screens electricaly separated

Sheath : Crosslinked elastomer compound, black

Core Identification

The cores are to be marked by coloring the insulation or its surface. The triples shall have colored separators C or colored stripes

Core in each triple : Black, White, Grey

Triple marking :

In each layer :

1 Triple : Red

2 Triple : Green

3 Triple : Nature

Pilot and direction shall be the same in all layers.
